1977 Holden Torana

This very well-presented LX Torana is now ready for sale. Starting life out an a Torana SL it is now a SL/R 5000 Tribute. Fully Engineered and now running a Chev 383 Stroker, TH350 Transmission and 9 Inch Rear End. The vehicle was fully restored from in 2017 and presents extremely well in its factory colour, Super Mint Green. The motor is a Fully Balanced and Blueprinted 383 Chev Stroker ? Starting with a 350 4 Bolt 010 Block and fitted with Scat Crank Stroker Kit and Rods, Roller Cam, Forged Flat Top Pistons, Alloy Heads with New Guides; Stainless Valve Springs; Retainers; Collets, Edelbrock RPM Airgap Manifold, Chevrolet Rocker Covers, 750CFM Brawler Race Carby, MSD Ignition, Gilmer Belt Drive, Braided Radiator Hose, Alloy Radiator with Twin Thermos (On Switch), Custom Extractors with Exhaust Dumping at Diff and Hopper Stopper Brake Upgrade. The TH350 Transmission was Built by Bailey Automatics and has an Ultra Bell Bell Housing, TCI Solid Drum and Sprag, Extra Clutches in Forward Gears, Kevlar Band, Stage 2 Shift Kit and 3000 RPM High Stall. The 9 Inch Diff was built by Final Drive with a Truetrac Locker Centre with 3.5 Diff Gears. This vehicle has made 470HP at the Crank with 10.5:1 Compression. The exterior also has SL/R Flares, Bonnet Scoop, Correct Blackouts, SLR5000 Silver Wing Sticker and Fake Rear Drop Tank. Interior is re-trimmed in houndstooth, and presents extremely well, SL/R Steering Wheel, SL/R Gauges, Custom Centre Console with Oil Pressure, Voltage and Water Gauges, Aftermarket Tacho, and B&M Shifter. When restored the following was completed and fitted: custom rewire for electrics, new Bumpers, Lights, Rubbers, Suspension including Koni Shocks and Lovell Springs, ball joints, tie rods, bushes, rebuilt gauge cluster and steering rack rebuilt.
